💦 PORTUGAL, ALGARVE: Flooded cars and shops, windows shattered by water pressure, and other losses that have yet to be calculated are the result of heavy rain that hit the southern region of Portugal - Algarve on December 4. The city of Faro was particularly affected. Damage due to heavy rains is not uncommon here. However, local residents say they do not remember such a serious situation.

ITALY: Only during the first weekend of December, more than 10 extreme climatic events occurred in the country.
