💦 COLOMBIA: The rainy season in Colombia is not yet over, but it has already been called the worst in 40 years. According to preliminary estimates, more than 90,000 people were affected by catastrophic events caused by the rains.
The country declared a national disaster because the incessant rains had damaged crops, threatening food supplies and causing a spike in prices.
DECEMBER 4, 2022
🆘 COLOMBIA, RISARALDA DEPARTMENT: A landslide caused by long rains was f%+tal for almost all the passengers of a bus travelling on a mountain road in the department of Risaralda. Debris removal took about 30 hours. Only 3 of the 37 people were lucky to survive.

🌊 VIETNAM: Soil moisture had already reached a saturation point of 95% in some places. This caused numerous landslides and floods. THOUSANDS OF HOUSES WERE FLOODED
