They Are Not Our Enemies | Silvia Maraone About Refugees
They are subjected to violence, drown during crossings, and live for years in camps with terrible living conditions. They are beaten and raped, sold for organs, cheated and robbed. They are people, but in fact, they have fewer rights than animals. We are talking about refugees — one of the most socially unprotected categories of the world's population.
From an interview with Silvia Maraone, coordinator of the Italian non-profit organization IPSIA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), we will find out:
