Harmfulness of the Consumerist Format of Society | International Discussion

🏝️ We are used to calling utopia something impossible or unrealizable. But in Slavic languages, the root of this word is very similar to the verb “to drown”, and we get a completely different meaning. Our modern society is mired of cruelty, cynicism, and mindless consumption. We are heading to death and realize that we are actually living in utopia, a world of complete absurdity.

Today, on February 2, 2022, there will be an international discussion dedicated to the conference Global Crisis. Time for the Truth, where the most pressing issues of humanity were raised.

We will talk to our guests about the falsehood of the consumerist format, rapid climate change, and how poorly we study and invest funds in climate adaptation. We will also discuss what kind of technologies will be available to people in the Creative Society.
