🌧️ CHINA, SHANXI PROVINCE: People in Shanxi Province have been affected by this year's most powerful downpours. Eyewitnesses say they have never seen such heavy flooding in their lives.

💦VENEZUELA: Prolonged downpours caused widespread flooding in Barinas state and other areas of Venezuela. Many homes and roads were flooded.
