29 July 2022

🔞 💬 "You can sell drugs once – the drug is gone. You can sell a human multiple times."

🆘 Do you think those words sound too cynical? What about the news that behind your avocado or cup of coffee there is the labour of a child who is forced to work for 14 hours without pay?

️In this video Bonnie Tchorni, CEO and founder of Mission J.A.D.E. from Guatemala will talk about the work of this organisation to prevent human trafficking for labour exploitation. She will also talk about what people are facing in the country which has the largest number of malnourished children in Central America.

❗ Cruel realities. Why are children aged between 4 and 14 forced to work?

❗ A city dump in Guatemala. The place where entire generations are born and live
