The hottest and driest place on earth, Death Valley National Park ☀️ has been closed due to record flooding.

Nearly three-quarters of a year's rainfall fell here in a single morning, the highest amount recorded in August since observations began. According to meteorologists, this happens on average once ☝️ every 1,000 years.

Most of the rain fell as an epic 💦 downpour within an hour. The mud flowing down from the surrounding mountains 🌊 brought debris and uprooted trees into the valley, flooding hotels and making local roads impassable.

Dozens of cars were covered with sand and debris. About a thousand people were held hostage, unable to get out of the park.

Every day more and more people in different parts of the planet find themselves in the epicenter of the raging elements - now our planet is going through a difficult period of global climate change, which is due to the impact from space.

The Earth needs additional resources to get through it.

But it is weaker than ever before in the history of our civilization - because our consumerism has disrupted its natural ecological processes to such an extent that it is no longer able to resist the impact from space.

How this affects each of us was voiced at the international online forum "The Global Crisis. We the people. We want to live." which took place on May 7, 2022.
