☀️ SOUTHERN EUROPE: A heat wave caused by a powerful African anticyclone swept across Southern Europe in mid-July 2023. Air temperatures in some areas reached record high levels. Thermometer indicators consistently remained at abnormal levels in Italy, Spain and Greece.
