🌊 ITALY: Abnormal rains and overflowing rivers have left many provinces of the EMILIA-ROMANIA REGION under water. The situation of local streams is extremely difficult: 14 rivers have already flooded, many approaching dangerous levels. There have also been numerous landslides.

🆘 Three people have been confirmed dead and there are people missing. More than 6,000 people have been evacuated and the number is growing, many more have had to flee on rooftops while waiting for help.

⚠️ The situation in the provinces of Ravenna, Rimini and Forlì-Cesena is very serious.

The National Department of Civil Protection has intensified urgent technical assistance, additionally involving the army and the fire department. About 900 volunteers are working on the scene.
