WASHINGTON, D.C. — Creative Society President Olga Schmidt joined international faith leaders and human rights advocates at the Global Faith Forum in Washington, D.C., addressing critical issues of human rights and global cooperation.
The Forum, which focused on civility, citizenship, and neighborly relations across religious perspectives, provided a platform for meaningful dialogue on building peace during challenging times. Schmidt engaged with international leaders and experts who champion First Amendment rights worldwide. She raised awareness about the ongoing persecution of former Creative Society and ALLATRA participants in Russia and across Europe.
“As we confront the realities of intense conflict and natural disasters, it is essential to recognize our collective humanity; by fostering global cooperation and coming together in support of one another, we can overcome challenges and build a more resilient future,” Schmidt stated.
The Creative Society president expressed particular appreciation to key figures including Niki Roberts, Pastor Bob Roberts Jr., Imam Mohamed Magid, and Sheikh Ahmed Alamine for organizing this crucial event, which established a foundation for enhanced unity and dialogue across nations.
The gathering served as a significant step toward fostering international understanding and addressing religious persecution while promoting peaceful coexistence among diverse communities.
