Statement on the Autonomy and Individual Responsibility of Participants of the Creative Society

The Creative Society is an open, international civic initiative grounded in voluntary participation, self-organization, and personal accountability. Individuals who identify with or contribute to the initiative do so freely, based on their own convictions and interests.

Participation in the Creative Society does not require formal membership registration, and the initiative does not maintain an official roster of participants. Individuals engage in discussions, projects, or public activities without entering into a contractual, employment, or agency relationship with the organization.

The Creative Society does not regulate, direct, or impose political, religious, philosophical, or other personal beliefs upon participants. Each individual retains full independence of thought, conscience, and expression.

Any public statements, publications, interviews, creative works, media appearances, projects, or other initiatives undertaken by individuals who associate themselves with the Creative Society reflect solely their personal views and remain their exclusive responsibility. Such expressions shall not be construed as representing the official position, policy, or endorsement of the Creative Society unless expressly authorized through formally designated channels.

Only statements formally issued through the Creative Society’s authorized communication platforms constitute its official position. Where clarification is required regarding whether specific content represents the official position of the initiative, verification may be requested through the organization’s designated contact channels.

The Creative Society does not automatically adopt, endorse, or assume responsibility for books, articles, videos, lectures, artistic works, academic materials, journalistic publications, or other content created by individuals, even when such individuals publicly identify themselves as participants.

All participants are expected to act in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws in the jurisdictions where they reside or operate. The initiative itself conducts its activities in compliance with governing legal frameworks and its declared charter principles.

This statement affirms the decentralized, voluntary, and non-hierarchical nature of the Creative Society and clarifies that responsibility for individual conduct rests solely with each respective participant.
