I have troubles playing back video and audio files.
CreativeSociety.com has been optimized for HTML5. If your browser doesn´t support HTML5 yet, CreativeSociety will automatically switch to the fallback-system, which is Adobe® Flash. In that case you will have to have the Flash PlugIn installed - if you don't, our system will direct you automatically to download the latest Flash-player. If then still you have troubles viewing works please contact our support team.
-
I want to search for a project by name.
Use the search field on the right in the top main-navigation which is displayed all over the site.

Type in the name of the project in the field “Search in projects”. If you enter a search term in the search bar you will find projects which have the search term in the title. -
I want to search for a project by name of one of the credits.
If you want to find portfolios of users or companies on CreativeSociety, you need to click on “Members” in the main navigation. Type in the name of the person or company you are searching for in the search-field and press <Enter> or click the "Search" Button.

-
I just realized someone has uploaded material that isn’t theirs or has provided wrong information. How am I able to report that?
Below each piece of creative work you will find a “Report abuse” button. You need to be logged in to be able to report abuse.
If you are sure that something is wrong with the information on this project (e.g. somebody is presenting creative works under his name and he is not one of the creatives or agencies which has done the work), please click this button and provide some useful information.
Our editorial department will be informed and check the authenticity and the origin of the creative work. -
Somebody uploaded a project without my permission. I want it deleted, what can I do?
As a basic principle, everybody can upload creative projects, as long as they state the creator and every person, that has contributed to a particular project.
If you are the creator (the intellectual property owner):
If whoever uploaded the project has indicated you as the creator you will find the project in your portfolio. Please login to your account, seek the project and delete it.That way the whole project will completety disappear from CreativeSociety. If you haven't registered with CreativeSociety yet and hence cannot access / edit your portfolio, please contact our support team.
If you have been credited (indicated as somebody who has contributed to that project):
If you have been added as a credit to that project the project will show up in your portfolio. If you do not want that project to be connected to your name and portfolio, you can delete it from your portfolio by clicking “Remove my credits”. That way the project will still be online, but you won't be connected to it any longer. If everything else fails, please click the “Report abuse” button, as mentioned above, to contact our support team.

It´s quite easy. Just copy the embed code by clicking „Embed“ which is next to the creative work and paste the code wherever you want.
-
How does the crediting system work?
When uploading a project, an important attribute is the actual creator of the work.
Option 1: When you upload your own work, just leave the setting as is. The project will automatically show up in your portfolio.
Option 2: If you have only contributed to a project, state the creator here. Please start typing the company name and see if the company is already registered and its name comes up in the autocomplete-box. This could be the case, if you are a freelancer or an employee, for example. Simply state the agency you were working for. The project will automatically show up in the portfolio of the corresponding agency.
Works shall only be displayed in the portfolios of the persons who have been working on that project. Therefore you need to add yourself as a credit to that project as well. If there is no existing user the system will automatically create a portfolio which can be claimed by the particular agency or person. If you don´t want to display that piece of work in your portfolio, you can delete it from your portfolio.
For all of you former xipax-members:
Works will not be displayed in the portfolio of the person who "just" uploaded the work, unless she/he is named in the credits.
So if you uploaded work for somebody else, you can still find those projects in „uploads“ in your dashboard if you want to edit them. -
How can I claim an already created portfolio for me or my company?
You can claim the portfolio by clicking the button „Your company? Claim it?“ in the corporate profile or by clicking "Is this your portfolio? Claim it!“ in the personal portfolio. We will check if you are the legal owner of that portfolio and send log in data to you.
-
Where are the works I uploaded? How can I display them in my portfolio?
Works which have been uploaded by you, are displayed in the CreativeSociety gallery and in your Dashboard in „Uploads“ in „All My Uploads“. If you want them displayed in your portfolio, you need to add yourself in the credits.
-
How can I customize my Superfolio?
CUSTOM DOMAIN NAME
-
How can I assign my own Domain to my superfolio?
